The beneficial intermediate stage

This painting was made as a musing interlude between two large paintings depicting the Stations of the Cross and the Enlightenment.

The Source
Looking for the source and realizing it is always there.
In search of myself, it is not a matter of changing, but of seeing.
I am and always have been.
I can rely on this at any moment when I am searching again.

Looking for contact, deepening and connecting,
I come to realize that it is already here.
Enlightenment is trust.
Making contact with my creative source?
It is always there. I can claim it whenever I feel like it or need it.
